This project stems from Tom\u00e1s G\u00f3mez Cano\u2019s dream: to show the world that Spanish olive oil not only competes but leads the way in global culinary excellence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f90510 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2f90510\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The Olive Oil Mill<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-541230e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"541230e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Immediacy is our obsession. Since our mill is located right on the estate, we press the olives just a few hours after they are harvested.
