The event, aimed at all hospitality professionals\u2014especially chefs, sommeliers and front-of-house managers\u2014will take place at <strong>Finca Luz de Alba<\/strong>, located on Carretera Argamasilla de Alba-Tomelloso, 13710 Argamasilla de Alba, Ciudad Real. <\/p>\n<p>Under the title <strong>&#8220;Versatility of EVOO in the Restaurant Industry&#8221;<\/strong>, this event will be held in the morning, from 10:00 to 14:00, with talks and hands-on experimentation with <a href=\"https:\/\/luzdealba.es\/el-aceite\/\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/a> in different textures and across different dishes, cooking methods and flavours.<\/p>\n<h2>Directors and content of the event &#8220;Versatility of EVOO in the Restaurant Industry&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>This event focuses on promoting the <strong>culture of extra virgin olive oil<\/strong> and exploring the <strong>gastronomic properties of EVOO<\/strong>. We will be joined by two outstanding masters: <strong>Jos\u00e9 Francisco Atienza, <\/strong>winner of the 11th National Cooking Competition &#8220;Ajo Morado de Las Pedro\u00f1eras&#8221; 2019, and <strong>Jorge Susinos, <\/strong>first prize Miguel de Cervantes gastronomy award in avant-garde cuisine 2019. <\/p>\n<p>The event consists of theoretical content combined with tasting sessions and experimentation with <strong>Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/strong> in different textures and across different dishes, cooking methods and flavours. In addition, attendees <strong>will visit the olive mill<\/strong>, where they will be able to observe the <strong>production process of the Premium oils<\/strong> and, finally, <strong>taste the EVOO<\/strong> freshly obtained straight from the branch. In this regard, the aim of this event is to contribute to the development of the senses, <strong>increase the value of Premium extra virgin olive oil<\/strong> in the restaurant industry and, lastly, discover its gastronomic value.  <\/p>\n<p>To conclude the event, we will enjoy a meal at our <strong>Finca Luz de Alba<\/strong>, delighting in the surroundings and the company of industry professionals, allowing attendees to share knowledge and expand their network of contacts.<\/p>\n<p>Would you like to take part in this event?
