TERMS OF PURCHASE
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Use govern transactions conducted through the website www.luzdealba.es (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Administración y Desarrollo Ademon S.L. Accessing, browsing, and using the Website implies that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Express acceptance of these terms and conditions is a prerequisite for purchasing products.
When making a purchase, the user must provide personal information that is truthful, accurate, up-to-date, and complete in all respects, in accordance with the provisions of the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
The order confirmation screen will display the total purchase amount, including a breakdown of the product prices, applicable taxes (VAT), and shipping costs. Payment may be made by credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard), as well as via PayPal or Bizum. To complete the process, the user must follow the instructions provided on the Website.
If an unauthorized or fraudulent charge is detected on the card used for the purchase, the user must notify Administración y Desarrollo Ademon S.L. as soon as possible, by email or by phone, so that the necessary steps can be taken.
PRICES
The prices published on the Website for shipments within the European Union include the applicable VAT, so no additional surcharges will be applied, except for shipping costs where applicable.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, as well as to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, the order may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees at the destination. These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting the customs authorities of the destination country or territory to obtain detailed information about these potential additional costs.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and the destination. Generally, for products available in stock in our warehouses, the estimated delivery time is between 3 and 10 business days.
If the product is not in stock, the estimated delivery time will be clearly indicated on the corresponding product page within the online store. For international shipments, as well as shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, the time required for transport to the destination country or territory must be added to the general delivery time.
RETURN POLICY
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify their decision. To initiate the return process, please contact Administración y Desarrollo Ademon S.L. at +34 926 972 940.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories or gifts included, if applicable. Administración y Desarrollo Ademon S.L. reserves the right to inspect the condition of the returned product to verify that it meets the required conditions. Once its condition has been verified, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exercising the right of withdrawal will not entail any cost to the user, except for the direct cost of returning the product, which will be borne by the customer in accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. The address for returning items is Carretera de Argamasilla de Alba a Ruidera, entrance at Km 6.5, 13710 Argamasilla de Alba, Ciudad Real, Spain, with the place of performance being the location where the user received the product.
