Tiene motivos de sobra para presumir de ser un aceite único, auténtico, suave y elegante. Su sabor es un espectáculo para el paladar: suave y con elegante amargor, ligero picante, intenso aroma dulce y un frutado fresco evocando la manzana, hierba verde, higo maduro y un agradable olor a almendra.

How is it made?
Our organic olive mill is located just a few meters from the Royal de Cazorla olive trees. Our oil is produced within just a few hours of the olives being harvested, moving from tree to table very quickly so that not a single one of its properties is lost. The oil is cold-pressed using only mechanical methods. In addition, our olives are organic and have been grown with deep respect for the environment.
