How is it made?
Our organic olive mill is located just a few meters from the Manzanilla Cacereña olive trees. Our oil is produced within just a few hours of the olives being harvested, making its way from the tree to the table very quickly so that none of its properties are lost. The oil is extracted using cold-pressing methods and solely through mechanical processes. In addition to all this, our olives are organic and have been grown with the utmost respect for the environment.
